Returns Policy
Defective returns and warranty service will be replaced, exchanged or repaired at High Caliber Services Corp sole discretion. Merchandise returns may be accepted on some items only within 30 days of the invoice date. Your invoice is required for both in-store and mail returns. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received. Any returned order must include all packaging, manuals, and accessories and a written or typed explaination as to the reason for the return. The return may be refused if any of these items are missing. Shipping charges are non-refundable, but we may refund your original shipping cost if it is determined that the product is defective, or there was an error on the part of High Caliber Services Corp.
Please note that any refund processed back onto a credit card can take up to 4 weeks to post back to the credit card. This is a bank related issue and High Caliber Services Corp has no authority, discression, or power to influence the time it takes for the refund to post back onto a customers card. You will be emailed a scanned copy of the customer receipt showing that High Caliber Servces Corp has done it’s due dilligence in processing your refund. Any issue beyond the refund transaction performed by High Caliber Services Corp is out of the control of High Caliber Services Corp and is not the responsibility of High Caliber Services Corp.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for surplus arms or special order items. All surplus arms, and items that are sold as clearance, as is, and final sales are sold with no warranty and no guarantee.
High Caliber Services Corp warrants product(s) which have been imported directly by High Caliber Services Corp to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original invoice date. All other goods are warrantied by the manufacturer. Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Prior to any goods being accepted for warranty service, the buyer must contact High Caliber Services Corp(hical@shaw.ca) to notify us of the return. No return items will be accepted by High Caliber Services Corp without a prior email explaining the reason for the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the party requesting return, exchange, warranty or service. If an item is received and deemed to have no defect, the item shall be returned by mail at the customers expense.
