Ordering Process Policy
Orders can be made either through our website, www.hical.ca, by phone at 604-BUY GUNS (604-289-4867), or by email at hical@shaw.ca. Accepted methods of payment are Visa Card and Master Card with expiry date and CVD [Credit Veriification Digits (the 3 digit number at the back of your card)]. We will also accept EMT’s.
Sales Policy
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Web orders will be filled in the order in which payment information is provided by the customer, not in the order in which they are received. Placing an order does not constitute a hold being placed on any item. For all prices, products and offers, High Caliber Services Corp reserves the right to make adjustments at our discretion for any and all extenuating circumstances. Promotional offers from High Caliber Services Corp are subject to availability and are available only while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale on our website. We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel, or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever.
Billing Policy
The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when your purchase order is completed and you accept the terms and conditions of use at check out. Once your order is processed by our shipping department a shipping notice email will be sent to your email address. If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling your order or by calling 604-BUY GUNS (604-289-4867). However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.
Advertisements on our web site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the website and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed order constitutes your offer to purchase the products referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with High Caliber Services Corp.
Shipping Policy
At High Caliber Services we strive to provide the best customer services possible. This includes quickly processing all orders and having them shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed. However, fulfilment times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are a Canadian company that ships within Canada only. We ship to all areas of Canada, including PO boxes, using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We do not ship internationally, which includes the United States. All orders have a minimum shipping charge of $14.00 regardless the size of the order, except for rural locations where additional shipping charges may apply due to location being shipped. If goods are damaged in transit the transportation company must be advised, and claim filed with them immediately. Our responsibility ceases on handing over to the carrier. If High Caliber Services Corp has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding special delivery items) will be shipped within the 48 hour period after the order has been made. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. We ship Canada Post Expedited Parcel which generally has a 2-3 business day delivery time, barring any issues on behalf of Canada Post.
Shipping Firearms and Ammunition Policy
We do ship firearms, both non-restricted and restricted. Two pieces of identification are required in order to purchase firearms from our website. You will require a valid PAL and one other form of government issued identification (ie; Drivers License, Passport). We do not ship ammunition at this time.
